That is hard! Both my girls napped until 4-5 so I am not going to be much help here…how about “quiet time” is he too young to understand that? I’m thinking he would be too young. Maybe some help in the afternoon is the answer.

I say continue to push it. Maybe I am a mean Mama, but I wouldn’t let my little guy give up his 2 hr nap so easily! If not a nap then at least some rest time…maybe get him some new toys/books to keep him entertained in his crib until he’s ready to sleep again? You NEED your time.

Already????? Yikes, I can’t even imagine Julia going the whole day without her nap. I feel for you! Hang in there.

It drives me CRAZY when she starts “typing”, and yes she thinks its hysterical when I get mad too!

OMG your poor thing. My saviour is having baby sitter her 2 days a week and boys across the street at other sitter 1 day. That leaves 4 days of ‘you better nap on my time’, mister!! My almost 5 yr old napped till he was 4 and still does once in a while. Hoping 2 yr old keeps it up. You poor thing. Do you still have your morning nanny?? Haven’t heard bout her since she cleaned your closets out! Help?!
PS Love your new playroom! My dining room is a playroom!! Haha.

it’s the worst!!! the worst part is when they’re exhausted at 5-6pm but it’s too early for bed & they are soooo cranky you just want to leave home & cry, which is why I hate dinnertime! on a good note, at least they go to bed early & are exhausted enough to actually fall asleep quickly, you can only hope this will happen

I feel for you, H. When my son stopped napping, it was a big adjustment because he constantly demanded I entertain him. The girl was easier because she could always entertain herself. .-= Nenette´s last blog ..the new me: can bobbleheads still be sexy? =-.
