I’m not a professional yogi but…

Shouldn’t we all do what we think is right for our mind, body and spirit regardless of what others think or are doing?

There are several yoga poses that are very hip… your back bend for instance which I admire and applaud. I however can not do that particular pose… yet, today, maybe never. Does that make me less? Certainly not.

If you like the XO and it feels right to you then let other opinions drift from your mind. They are of no consequence. Free yourself.

Personally I like Haley O. O it reminds me of so many people I admire… Jackie O, Oprah, Obama and of course YOU! But do what you feel will bring you joy.

don't change a thing girl. You're brilliant just the way you are. Rascal has those too cute lips like my Star. Adorable. My brother slept all night with peanuts in his mouth when he was 2. My mom didn't notice until he was mumbling the next morning and then spit them into her hand. Funny and scary all at once. I am hopeful with Obama in charge.
