It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

Ohhhh, it’s sad for Colin Farrell’s son. But one thing has to be said about Angelman kids, they are SWEETHEARTHS! Soooooo cute, always smiling, and, in a sense, truly happy, despite their condition. So that’s one good thing But yes, you have been blessed with your 2 perfect babies!

Monkey is SOOOO cute in her ballet clothes! waw! And then she plays basketball? So awesome! I hope Rascal’s teeth stop hurting soon, poor thing(s) (both of you ).
