Afternoons with little ones are a hard time to fill, I know exactly what you mean. You plan all these activities which end approximately 10 minutes after you start them and you have to start over again – this time with a mess to clean up. I think your walks are a good idea, maybe move them to the afternoon. Then there is always that large bookstore with toys, books and beverages to pass a few hours.

damn postman…I hate when that happens.
With all the big chunky sweater dresses I’ve been wearing I’m sure many people have been wondering if I’m preggers…forunately no comments so far.
well except from my 3 year old.
“mommy you have a jelly belly” while poking it like the pilsbury dough boy. grrreat. thanks sweetie.

As for So You Think You Can Dance..What a great show this week!
I really can’t imagine how exhausted they all must be.
And to memorize all those routines! It’s amazing.
I really loved the last number with Miles & Nico.
My favourite of the night.
Um can we just comment on Mile’s Abs…holy 9 pack…crazy.
anyhow, I’ll be glued to the set tomorrow night.
(though sad it will all be over)

You know what I do to entertain my kids when I’m not in the mood to go out? Bath time. Seriously.
That was our entire morning today. And it tires them out.
By the way, I had a coat I wore when pregnant, and it really did make me look pregnant when I wasn’t. But I would be mad too.

OMG…too funny you are. You talk about how the monkey likes to rub you…well my sister has 4 kids. Ages 13 – 5. Her 2nd one (a boy) was very attached to her (remember the time I said that “worchester sauce” worked on getting her son to stop breastfeeding-drastic measures were needed)…well this is the same kid that when she was in the bathroom would slide a mirror under the bathroom door to “check on her”. He was just so attached to her by the way, his name is Hunter, how appropriate.
