Gorgeouses, I have a COLD. Achew! Sniffle, sniffle. ACHEW! COUUUUGH. Yeah, it’s that bad. Mostly COUUUGH! Suckage.

Anyway, I’m TELLING you this because I feel too carpy to write much, and there’s SO much to tell. SO, I’m just going to tell it all in pictures and hope it teaches and delights (as my man Philip Sidney, LOVE, used to say GREAT LITERATURE should do).

First thing’s first. I know you’re all wondering what picture I have on my pinkberry wallpaper…. Here it is:

Next. Bar Mitzvah. We went to my cousin’s Bar Mitzvah party at an exTREMEly chichi restaurant in Chichi-ville. This time, of course, I was NOT wearing Lululemons. No. I was wearing aiight black dress pants and these GORJ new not-leather ankle boots….

EVERYONE loved them. Thought they were leather. Couldn’t believe (read: SHOCKED) that I went out and bought them. AND, I have to say, for the ONLY not-leather shoes in the store, I think they’re pretty good! They looked HOTT. I felt great in them.

NEXT. It’sgrandma. Sloshed at the Bar Mitzvah…. Here she comes (HIDE)!

HELLOOO IT’SGRANDMA! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Yes, it’sgrandma WON those glasses and the boa. I won a boa, too, but I gave it to papa’shere (my dad) because I don’t do feathers (vegan much). Everyone tried to convince me that the feathers were synthetic, but I DON’T THINK SO! Anyway, I ended up doing much better than the boa: I won THREE $5 STARBUCKS CARDS! Sweeet! Awesome time….

I also scored this toque for the Monkey (who was at home — BLISS — with a babysitter)! Sorry for the poor quality. Drunkage + pinkberry camera = fuzzy pic.

And, then there’s the question of my bloodshot eyes…. And, your answer:

Ahh…. Amaretto Sour, just like my grandfather tried used to make them. Yum. LUSH. And, what do you know, GIN does not make my tooth hurt (only wine does — how weird is that?).

The hat, of course, looks much better on the monkey….

…who got her NAILS DID with it’sgrandma today….

I had to scrape the polish off her thumbs because, well, you know….

She’s such a big girl now — with her nail polish…. Look at her cooking dinner with me (ahem)….

And, now, I blow my nose, give cats some cookies, maybe read a paragraph or two from one of the books I’m reading — if burning eyes permit — and then SLEEEEEEP.
