I like the idea of being present in the moment and not worrying about other things. Something I definitely need to work on too.

Good for you Haley. I remember when my first born was really little, my mother saying to me…”just remember, who is the mom!?” Best piece of advise I was ever given. (And we all know how much advice pregnant/new moms are given!)
I still use that little tidbit – every day!
