I’m from North Carolina and I lived in Florida for awhile, so this heat is nothing. I know what you mean though – It does put a damper on the day. A nice walk turns into a full on cardio workout that needs baths all around. My least favorite part about the heat is that I can’t appreciate my coffee. I’m not a fan of the iced stuff. To me, ice and coffee just don’t go together and the hot stuff makes me sweat like a smoking pig.

Ahh – but I hate the cold. With a passion. Isn’t there somewhere that is just right all the time? Baby Bear weather, I like to call it. Goldilocks would I agree.

I don’t love the really hot weather either. If I was you I would totally skip going out during the heat of the day. I usually have the kids out in the morning and make them come in when it gets really hot. Not good for them.
