I know it’s horrible that I come to your blog and post about my relaxing evening, but I had to tell someone, and all your talk of “Ohhhm” made me wanna…I had a one hour massage tonight just before my chiropractic adjustment. I came home to my son tucked in bed, American Idol on, and dinner prepared. I know…I’m awful. I swear, next time I visit Cheaty Monkey, I’ll have something horrible to say about my day…

That is it.

I’ve had a similar day. Not event wise but feeling the tension.

You have inspired me. I did not get around to signing up for my yoga class this session but I know I can just pop in and pay for the remaining balance of classes.

I’m going to do it. I must start making time for ME. I’ve gained 40 pounds. I feel out of control and like crud most of the time.

I am going to regain control.

I will not even turn on the computer till after lunch tomorrow.

Now I am going to take a long hot shower and say some more OHMs.

The ohmmmm thing didn’t bother the dog one bit! LOL

Ya know about the potty training thing… most folks here don’t even bother trying until the kid is 3. Since she clearly isn’t ready…I would just slap a diaper on her and forget about it for now. don’t worry about it…they don’t go to college in diapers.

glad your class went well. maybe if you relax enough the rest won’t bother you. hee hee
