freeze them with the skins! thats what i do. when i want to make banana bread i just let them thaw a bit (they look all black and nasty but they are fine if they are frozen). squish out the frozen banana and get to mixing it!

When I left for my trip, Mason was waking 6-8 times a night to nurse, now that he is weaned we are down to once a night. YAY! As for banana's all I can think of are muffins... boring me huh?
