I need some tea. Be right back. He’s finally sleeping…. Soooo, might as well skip outta here and grab me a cup of comfort before he starts SCREAMING again.
‘Kay back.
It’s days like this that make me wish I drank coffee….
So, have I mentioned how busy I am lately? Ms. Pinkberry showed up at JUST the right time because I have much more going on than my macbook alone can handle. I need backup I NEED BACKUP! What I need is 24-hour access. And, I’ve got it. At just the right time.
I have orders coming out of my EARS from my li’l business. And, don’t get me wrong, ME LOVES IT (order from me ORDER FROM ME!). But, I’m not used to it being THIS BUSY. Things with the biz have been escalating for a while now, and this month it’s, like, outta control. I mean, I even emailed one customer with the answer to another customer’s question! Oops! I just have to get a good rhythm going. The rhythm of, try, NONSTOP!

How ’bout me?
Oh, OOPS, I BREATHED too loudly. He’s screaming again. Little dude’s on a growth spurt, and I’m SPENT. I can’t even TELL you how exhausted I am from feeding the little guy, like, every half hour today. I have NEVER!
Anyway, today was Family Day here in Ontario, Canada — Josh-O got the day off. So, rascal and I went to the gym and left him at home with the monkey. HA! Now THAT’S what I call FAMILY DAY. Mwhahahahaaaaa! No, really, I had an appointment with Trainer scheduled for today, and I wasn’t about to miss that for no Family Day! Hee. Kidding. Actually, we had a LOT of family time together this afternoon — trudging through the busiest mall in the world so we could supe up Ms. Pinkberry!

Vrrrooooom!
Trainer says I’ve lost a lot of fat, Gorgeouses. Saweeet! And, you know what? I feel good. My skin looks really healthy (kind of glowy!), I’m seeing leg muscles again, and I FEEL tight (even though I don’t quite look it, yet). I’m losing about 1.5 pounds per week — which Trainer says is PERFECT because slow and steady weight loss equals LASTING weight loss. She says I should lose no more than 1.5 pounds per week. This means I have to be extremely patient with my body and accept it as it is. I’m definitely getting better at that. Exercise is AWESOME for that.

Mmmm…. What I’d give for a cupcake….
Got a bad self-esteem? EXERCISE!
Okay, that’s my 2 cents for today. I’m too nutbally to write anything all that coherent. And, THAT’S OKAY, right Gorgeouses? I have to give myself permission to suck ARSE sometimes. Back to work AND breastfeeding! UGH! Haaalp!!!

Gosh, I don’t know how you can keep up with anything with all that breastfeeding happening Haley. Good for you on the getting fit, sounds like you are doing so well. I already feel inspired for next fall when I get to lose weight again!

Angel food cake is VERY VERY low in fat. VERY. It’s not high in calories, either. I’m betting that you could probably have one angel food cupcake for a treat.

This is a comment on your last post…I LOVE Steve Martin! He plays banjo, I think he’s hot, he writes plays, he writes books, he was SO funny on SNL, he has premature (well, not premature anymore, really)white hair…*sigh*. Loved the movie Shopgirl. I don’t know why I like him so much but I’ve had a crush on him for about 15 years!
