		<description>You teach yoga?!  I didn&#039;t know that.  Thats so cool!  I&#039;ve just started going to the yoga classes at my gym.  It&#039;s a beginner&#039;s class which is good for me.  Gord bought me a yoga mat while I got away.  What a sweetie!

		<description>go haley!!! it&#039;s so great that you have such a solid routine in place! I started with a trainer last week, worked hard with her today, but having lots of trouble getting in my cardio, i would love to hop on the treadmill right after my training session but i go to the ymca and i can only leave the baby for an hour in the daycare room based on his age. doing it at home is tough with the kids running around...but no excuses, if you want to do it you do it right?
