wherein I list my 13 favorite kitchen appliances, the second of which is my Oster Fusion Blender. All of the product info I found referred to the pitcher as “glass” so I think it’s not that crazy polymer thing or whatever. I was a product tester for this before it came out because my friend works for the company that makes the Oster Fusion Blender. So as a conscientious product tester, I made all of the types of things, frozen drinks, salsa, more frozen drinks, milkshakes, more frozen drinks…you get the idea.

It is absolutely the BEST!!! It now resides at “The Cantina” (my friend’s “bar” which is in her garage) where it gets constant use mixing, you guessed it, frozen drinks!!!

Hmm… Blender dilemma. It’s a tricky one. On the one hand, you are probably not going to heat anything in it, or leave stuff in it for a great deal of time, but still…

If it helps, my blender is a great model that comes with a glass jug and has a tonne of options (20 speeds, including chop and crush ice) and is in a beautiful chrome. It’s by Oster, and I think I got it at the Supercentre actually.

Poor little Rascal. I never understand why they don’t just go to sleep since they are so tired. I would give anything to just lay down and go to sleep! How do people have like 17 kids! Two keep ya hopping!

I would return it and get something else. Why keep a potential health hazard around? I DO think the Hamilton Beach look nice, expecially this one, which dispenses without taking the lid off

I am very surprised that KitchenAid doesn’t offer glass jars in their blenders. I’d return it and get a Hamilton Beach one (all glass jars)- here’s the link. They’re just as stylish as the KitchenAid. Cuisinart also makes great products too.

We went to CHinook Center on Boxing Day too…we were how dumb!! BUt I am loving my 3 pants, 6 shirts, sweatshirt and jacket…I got for 100 bucks at Old Navy!!

I can relate. I threw out every bottle, every sippy cup. It was a total binge. We also rock the pleather. We are veggies roound here. Not sure about the kids, though. Know where to get good sneaks for a wild-child that will hold up to much stomping, running, and exploring? Right now, he has a pair of canvas sneaks that his toes are starting to poke out of.
