Now…how about videoing some yoga for us?
I missed my class yesterday. Buses canceled in Mississauga for the 2nd day! Still shoveling out my drive way and I injured my foot badly on Monday. It is a rainbow of purple and green but fading quickly now.
I was on the computer sitting with my leg tucked up under me… very bad posture. My leg fell asleep. The door bell rang I jumped up to get it but my leg was dead. Nasty cracking sound came from my foot as I landed on it in a very unnatural way.
But I’m okay and on the mend! I’ll be back in class on Valentine’s day. I’ll try to remember to wear my red shirt!
